The role:
You will take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
You will apply a consistent sales process to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Identifying customer needs and requirements and making recommendations whilst guiding them through the sales process.
Working to agreed sales targets and following up customer leads.
To be successful for the position you will:
Have a proven track record within a sales environment for both new and used vehicles.
Have excellent interpersonal/customer skills
Be able to work in a fast-paced customer facing role
Have experience in a highly focused and controlled sales process.
