Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls Face-to-face interaction with customers Helping with the day-to-day work within the office Inbound and outbound calls to customers to book appointments and to capitalise on deferred sales Present a positive image of the company and the services we offer at all times Proactively build a rapport with callers to ascertain customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Take ownership of any customer issues and concerns Handle any initial customer complaints and pass on to After Sales manager as appropriate Ensure all bookings are taken efficiently and all necessary data is accurately input during calls Multi-task between taking calls and completing sales, also helping out in different departments of the business as and when required Most importantly, maximise all sales opportunities LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH AT LEAST 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MOTOR TRADE. MUST HAVE DRIVING LICENCE DAYS AND HOURS FOR THIS ROLE ARE AS FOLLOWS: Monday - Saturday is a must, 6 days a week, working hours are 9am-6pm.
