Jukebox Marketing is a boutique creative communications agency. We specialise in digital PR, but also have clients with wider remit into organic and SEO strategies. We generate PR headlines for our clients to build brand, boost SEO & win customers.

One liner about us: Honest PR experts working rapidly to deliver impactful results with passion. We're now looking for a proactive Sales Executive to help us grow our client base, promote our work, and support new business activity.

Job Overview:

The Sales Executive will support agency growth by promoting Jukebox Marketing's achievements, identifying new business opportunities, managing award submissions, supporting pitches, and keeping our sales pipeline organised. You will also assist in creating content for directors and agency social channels, especially LinkedIn.

Our core team is based close to Bicester, but other staff members also work remotely and are located in Marseille, Berlin, Barcelona, Amsterdam and Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, research, and prioritise potential new clients and sectors. Support outreach sales activity including email nurturing, follow-ups, and introductory messages. Assist with pitch preparation, including presentation decks, case studies and sales admin. Support the directors in promoting the agency's work through thought-leadership content, opinion pieces, and visibility opportunities. Create and schedule content for Jukebox Marketing and the directors' LinkedIn and other social channels. Draft case studies, sales pitch decks, and marketing materials to support new business activity. Help ensure the agency's website and online presence stay updated with recent wins and projects. Research suitable industry awards for both the agency and our clients.

Skills:



Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude. Experience in business development or sales environments (preferred). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Confident using CRM systems, LinkedIn, Google Suite (or willing to learn). Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Outgoing, confident, and naturally sales-driven with a genuine interest in building relationships. Proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and take initiative.

Entry-level role with scope to quickly increase this year and beyond.
