We are a fast growing, high volume car finance brokerage in Billericay working with a wide panel of reputable lenders to secure competitive finance solutions for customers across a broad customer spectrum. We are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Executive to join our busy sales team. You'll be handling warm and inbound leads, guiding customers through the car finance process, and converting enquiries into completed finance deals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales environment and wants to earn uncapped commission while developing a long-term career in financial services.

Duties

Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound sales calls Assessing customer needs and recommending suitable finance options Building rapport and trust with customers Working closely with lenders, dealerships, and internal teams Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets Maintaining accurate CRM records and compliance standards Clearly explaining finance products in a compliant and customer-focused manner

Requirements

Proven experience in sales (car finance, motor trade, insurance, or financial services preferred) Strong telephone manner and communication skills Target-driven with a positive, resilient mindset Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously. Good attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive attitude towards learning new products, services, and sales techniques Basic IT skills (CRM systems, email, MS Office)

What We Offer
