We deliver reliable, downtime-reducing solutions to a diverse range of industries, from large-scale manufacturing and food production to specialist engineering firms.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proven External Sales Executive to manage and grow our established customer base across the Midlands. This is a prime role for a sales professional with industry experience who is looking to take their career to the next level with a respected market leader.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage, develop, and grow our existing customer accounts. Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across the region. Promote and sell our extensive range of bearings, power transmission, and consumable products. Achieve and exceed agreed monthly sales targets. Prepare quotes and manage customer orders. Utilise internal technical support to provide comprehensive solutions to customer needs.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

Proven experience in external sales, ideally within the bearings, power transmission, or engineering consumables sector. Strong technical knowledge of our product areas. A demonstrable ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proactive, self-motivated, and driven attitude with a clear focus on results. A full UK driving licence.
