This is a role for someone who wants to be more than just a rep -- you'll be a key part of our growth, and a representative of our brand as we scale.

What You Can Expect:


Performance-based earnings - realistic OTE: 3,000-5,000+ per month. 1,000/month retainer to get started, plus uncapped commission per sale. Work qualified, high-intent leads - no cold outreach. Opportunities to close in-person at live events and seminars across the UK & abroad. Quarterly incentives - including trips to Spain, race days, and more. Hybrid setup - ideally based near Birmingham for hands-on daily coaching with our sales director, but remote considered for the right person. Take time off as needed - flexible, output-driven structure. Full training and daily sales development to help you grow quickly.

Is confident, coachable, and driven to become a top performer. Ideally located near Birmingham, or able to travel in for team training and events.

Responsibilities



Engage in B2B and B2C sales activities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Utilise telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and generate leads. Maintain and update customer information using Salesforce and CRM software. Collaborate with team members to strategise and improve sales processes.
