We're looking for

Sales Executives

who enjoy working face-to-face, excel under pressure, and are motivated by achieving (and beating) targets. Based in the heart of

Birmingham

, this is a

full-time, on-site

What You'll Be Doing



Engaging with customers in person to promote products and services Representing national campaigns with professionalism and confidence Meeting daily and weekly targets in a supportive, team-driven setting Learning key skills in communication, persuasion, and leadership Participating in optional team challenges, incentive days and hands on training
(We find people with a background in competitive sports, team activities, or high-pressure environments often excel here.)

We're Looking For



Face-to-face experience

- from customer service, hospitality, volunteering, events, retail, sports coaching, academic presentations, or even team leadership A drive to hit and exceed targets Confidence and adaptability - no two days are the same Strong communication and interpersonal skills An energetic, coachable mindset with a passion for self-development
Applicants must be 18 or over due to the nature of the client campaigns.
