THE ROLE

A Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the store team in seeking opportunities to maximize sales and profitability by:

- Reflecting a credible and professional brand image to all customers

- Maximizing sales through selling and providing an excellent customer experience

- Processing transactions effectively, accurately and efficiently

- Tailor making each experience to meet consumer needs

- Having a thorough understanding of daily, weekly & monthly individual / team targets

- Upholding a professional & clean working environment

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The recruitment process is a 3 stage exercise:

Applications will be reviewed and successful candidates will be contacted to arrange a virtual interview Successful Candidates will be invited for a two days paid trial After a successful trial, contracts will be signed and a month of shadowed training will commence.
