Job Description

The UK's first-ever SHOEI Gallery will soon be opening at Longbridge Shopping - a landmark moment in the brand's global store experience roll out. The store will be a destination for motorcycle riders, built around storytelling, education, and total product immersion. This is where the world's most iconic helmet brand comes to life - up close, experiential, and truly state-of-the-art technologies and production on show!

In addition to SHOEI, the store will also include a a SPADA concession, showcasing complementary clothing and accessories essential for riders, and providing an exciting opportunity to launch SPADA's ambition for national growth and in building brand recognition.

There are full time and part time positions available as we are seeking to fill several vacancies.

The Role


A Sales Executive is the most important role within this flagship store, you will be given the opportunity to build the community for this one-of-a-kind store never been seen in the UK. You will be responsible for building on an already established community of dedicated and fanatics who love 2 wheels and you'll be part of a hard working team, working closely with premium product, customers and achieving daily performance.
We want our customers to step into store and feel an experience like no other. It's your job to inform all customers about our products, tell their individual stories and ensure our store is second to none in driving the WOW FACTOR!

Responsibilities



Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store. Acting as an ambassador for our Shoei and SPADA brand. Always provide excellent customer service. Advising and assisting customers, be world-class at story-telling our brands. Managing complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty. Conducting customer transactions. Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves. Assisting with store deliveries. Replenishment of the store. Reporting on KPIs regularly, e.g. Order in store, E-receipts. Identify opportunities for up selling products and add-on sales.

Operational



From time to time and opportunities arise, you will be required to plan and organise social media content to promote activities and social media moments that exist within the store. Taking pride in the store ensuring the store is always kept looking impeccably clean, always clinical and on brand. Manage administrative tasks including technical transaction handling, returns and customer experience. Support impactful in-store events across multiple brands, driving customer engagement, footfall, and sales. - You'll bring creativity, organisation, and ensure every event reflects our values and delivers on exceptional experience.

Pay: 22,000.00-26,000.00 per year
