Sales Executive - Bond Jewellery & Diamonds

Salary: 22,000 - 27,000 (DOE)

We're looking for a confident, style-savvy Sales Executive to join the growing Bond Jewellery & Diamonds team. What you'll be doing

You'll be the face of Bond for our clients -- guiding them through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives. From first enquiry to final handover, you'll manage your own client portfolio, building lasting relationships and delivering a seamless, high-touch experience.

You'll be:

Hosting in-store and virtual appointments with clients looking to design or purchase engagement rings and fine jewellery Advising on diamonds, gemstones and bespoke designs with confidence and clarity Managing your own sales pipeline, follow-ups and client relationships Liaising with our workshop and design teams to see each piece through from order to completion Recording sales and client details accurately using our systems Working towards personal and team targets -- with generous commission for high performance

Who we're looking for

You'll need:

Proven jewellery sales experience

(essential) A natural ability to connect with clients and build trust Confidence handling high-value transactions and emotional purchases Strong organisation skills and comfort using in-store systems and CRM software A polished, professional appearance and pride in your environment A proactive, motivated attitude and genuine passion for fine jewellery
