Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage clients effectively. This role involves telemarketing and direct sales efforts to promote our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Fluency in both English and Tamil is highly desirable, allowing us to reach a broader audience.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits. Utilise Salesforce software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service. Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a telemarketing environment. Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Tamil is an asset. As our most customers are Tamil speakers. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process. A strong desire to learn and grow within the sales field.
