Porcher designs and manufactures specialist abrasive coatings and re coating solutions used across industrial and manufacturing environments. As part of our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Sales Executive to focus on outbound business development, generate new leads, and build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
This is a proactive, hands on role suited to someone who enjoys opening doors, starting conversations, and creating opportunities. You will work closely with the wider team to progress leads into long term customer relationships and play a direct role in driving the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities
Proactively generate new leads through outbound activity, research, and direct outreach
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Qualify and progress opportunities from initial contact through to handover or order
Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers
Work closely with operations and production teams to understand customer requirements
Maintain accurate records of activity, opportunities, and follow ups
Identify new sectors and applications for Porcher's products and services
Represent Porcher professionally in customer interactions and at industry events
Personal specification
Sales Executive
Experience in a sales, business development, or customer facing role
Comfortable with outbound outreach and initiating new conversations
Confident communicator with a positive and professional approach
Organised, motivated, and results focused
Willing to learn technical products and solutions
Able to work independently while contributing to a wider team
Proficient in Microsoft applications and CRM systems
Salary and commission
The role offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure linked to new business activity and opportunity conversion.

Pay: 20,000.00-40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
