Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers warmly and assist them in locating desired products to enhance their shopping experience Ability to take on keyholder responsibilities and confidently manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager Keep the store environment neat and organized by restocking shelves, maintaining displays, and ensuring cleanliness. Provide accurate and detailed information about product features, specifications, and ongoing promotions. Operate the cash counter efficiently, handling transactions with accuracy and professionalism. Support merchandising efforts to optimize sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Verify stock during receiving to match inventory records, prevent discrepancies, and address damaged or short items promptly. Manage stock transfers efficiently, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth operations.

Requirements:

Previous retail experience, preferably in an apparel store. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service and fashion. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays. Strong team player, willing to collaborate and support colleagues.
