The Role: Sales Account Manager/Sales Executive
Due to our continuing success within the industry, we are expanding our in-office sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our sales team and contribute to our continued growth.
FSS is looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager/Sales Executive. The role will involve driving and delivering sales and profit through excellence in the ownership and development of customer relationships.
The key duties for the Sales Account Manager/Sales Executive are:
Promote and embed the business aim for quality.
Develop a good understanding of the business's products and services to be able to identify how they will best address the problems customers are seeking to resolve.
Ensure customers receive products and services right the first time.
Be the key point of contact for customers and provide an excellent service and excellent problem/complaint resolution.
Generate sales among customer accounts, including upselling and cross-selling in accordance with their specific needs.
Actively seek out opportunities.
Manage all pipeline activity.
Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to provide customers with detailed action plans and quotations on all remedial work.
Provide input/complete any tendering processes as required.
Forecast and track customer account service progress and associated metrics, providing reports as required, and ensuring delivery in line with agreed specifications.
Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email and in person.
Ensure all close out processes are completed for customer jobs and services, including timely invoicing and payment.
Liaise with Finance to ensure quotations are delivered within agreed budgets and accurately, accounting for all aspects that require billing.
Undertake any training required by FSS for development.
Remain GDPR compliant consistently.
Adhere to all health and safety and compliance policies and procedures.
