Your key responsibilities will include:

Generating leads and prospects for new and pre-owned Skoda vehicles. Delivering a premium, customer-focused experience that reflects the Skoda ethos. Engaging with customers confidently, both face-to-face and digitally. Applying a consistent, structured sales process to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets. Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and services. Following up on all customer enquiries to maximise sales opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will:

Have a proven background in providing outstanding customer service. Be an attentive listener with a friendly, approachable manner. Ideally have experience in automotive sales, with success in both new and used vehicle sales. Be passionate about motorsport and the Skoda brand. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Be confident following a structured, results-driven sales process.
