Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and promotional campaigns that drive sales growth.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering technical solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape to position our offerings effectively.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales roles with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and familiarity with CRM best practices for inside sales activities.
Strong command of English language skills for effective communication across diverse audiences.
