About the Role
As our Sales Executive, you'll be the driving force behind new business, relationship growth, and opportunity expansion within your territory. Working hand-in-hand with Field Sales and Internal Sales, you'll bring energy, strategy, and customer insight to every interaction.
This is a role for someone who loves sales, loves people, and thrives on turning potential into performance.
You'll manage and grow customer accounts across a defined region, selling TC's products and services to both new and existing clients while identifying and developing growth opportunities. You'll build ongoing business relationships and commercial strategies alongside Field Sales, maximising all call activity and optimising the revenue potential of every account through a smart combination of telephone outreach, targeted emails, and marketing campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty and growth
Use CRM insights and market data to identify opportunities and create targeted sales plans
Hit and exceed sales targets across your territory and nominated accounts
Manage assigned accounts and maximise their profitability
Proactively prospect, pitch and convert new business each month
Promote products, services and campaigns through confident, proactive outreach
Prepare accurate quotations, follow up effectively and close sales
Support and arrange customer site visits with Field Sales
Increase customer uptake of services and solutions across your region
Understand customer needs and buying trends, sharing insights with internal teams
Monitor competitor activity and provide valuable market updates
Resolve customer queries and escalations quickly and professionally
Keep CRM records, pipeline and weekly activity reports accurate and up to date
Stay informed on orders, stock levels and lead times for your customers
Work collaboratively with the wider Sales team and support colleagues when needed
Attend meetings, training and development sessions to build your skills
Handle additional tasks as required by your Manager or Commercial Director
