We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role offers an excellent platform for individuals passionate about sales, with a focus on B2B transactions, telemarketing, and customer relationship management. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. The Sales Executive will utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities and optimise client engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Manage and update client information using CRM software, ensuring accurate records of interactions and sales progress.
Present product or service offerings to prospective clients, tailoring pitches to meet their specific needs.
Develop customised proposals and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services post-sale.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce; experience with other CRM tools is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards achieving targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
