air conditioning installations, electrical work, gas services, and general property maintenance

. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality services and a professional experience for our customers. We're now looking for a confident, organised, and motivated Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our small but ambitious team.

What You'll Be Doing

Responding to incoming enquiries (phone, email, website) and converting them into bookings Following up on leads and providing quotes for works (AC installs, electrical jobs, gas servicing, etc.) Building and maintaining relationships with domestic and commercial clients Scheduling jobs and coordinating engineers where needed Visiting estate agents, landlords, and other businesses to offer our services and generate new leads Handling admin tasks and supporting the manager as needed Maintaining accurate records of jobs, quotes, and customer communication

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally in trades, property maintenance, or installations Excellent communication skills - confident on the phone and in person Strong admin and organisational abilities Competent using Outlook, Excel, Word, and booking systems Positive attitude, proactive, and good at managing your own time Full UK driving licence preferred for attending local visits

Pay: 24,000.00-28,000.00 per year
