We're building a high-performance in-house sales team to scale our online property training academy. This is a full-time, office-based role where you'll be closing warm leads from social media, events, webinars, and marketing campaigns for low and high-ticket education programmes. There will be an expectation to work some weekends as we run our live events across the week. This is a fast paced and target driven role.
What You'll Be Doing:
Speaking to qualified leads from multiple warm sources.
Selling places to webinar attendees to our 2-day Property training event.
Supporting attendees on events to close high-ticket annual Academy sales
Working CRM leads, old data sheets, and pre-qualified interest lists.
Managing and updating CRM records to track pipeline and results.
Hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
Sharp, confident, and hungry to close.
Comfortable on the phone, excellent with overcoming sales objections.
Track record in closing high-ticket deals or the drive and attitude to learn fast.
Self-motivated with strong resilience and focus.
Team player who thrives in a competitive environment.
There is a generous commission & bonus structure across both our low-ticket sales for introductory training events and our high-ticket annual coaching academy offering.
We offer a 25,000 - 35,000 base salary with a very realistic first-year OTE 65k-75k, which is uncapped.
