The Sales Executive will be based at our office in Burgess Hill with some flexibility for remote working and will report directly to the Managing Director (MD).
This is a full time opportunity for someone who is either experienced or looking to start a career in sales with a strong interest in the aviation industry.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of pilot training programmes and simulator hire to both airline partners and individual customers. This role involves building strategic relationships with airlines to secure training agreements and long-term partnerships. The position requires a consultative approach to understand client needs, provide tailored training solutions that meet regulatory standards, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
The Sales Executive will play a key role in achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and supporting the growth of the organisation.
The role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events and airline negotiations.
