We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team! As a Sales Executive at Sussex Door Company Ltd, you'll manage the full sales process--from initial enquiry through to confirmed order. You'll play a key role in shaping the customer experience and driving company growth, with plenty of scope to develop your skills and responsibilities as the business expands.

Duties
Respond promptly to incoming customer enquiries and convert them into successful orders
Advise customers clearly and confidently on door and fire door solutions
Produce accurate quotes, invoices, and manufacturer specifications
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in Trello (CRM)
Liaise regularly with customers, suppliers and manufacturers to ensure clarity and smooth timely progress
Contribute to competitor and market awareness
Support improvements in our sales processes and customer experience
Handle customer information responsibly and in line with GDPR regulations
Conduct quality control checks on doors and windows on arrival
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments
Confident communicator with strong people skills
Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
Excellent attention to detail, especially when producing quotes and specifications
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Tenacious and proactive in following up leads and closing deals
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable working in a growing business with evolving processes
