Telesales Executive

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships through proactive outbound calls. Your goal will be to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and secure appointments or sales that contribute to the company's growth.As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a key role in representing our brand professionally and positively. Responsibilities



Outbound Sales & Lead Generations



Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services. Identify and qualify leads, securing appointments for the sales team.

Customer Engagement



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication. Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.

Target Achievement



Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems.

Reporting & Feedback



Provide regular updates on progress and performance to management. Share insights on customer trends and feedback to improve sales strategies. Identify and qualify leads, securing appointments for the sales team.

Qualifications



Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry. Proficiency in CRM software, with a strong understanding of telemarketing techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and effectively negotiate deals. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales career within a supportive organisation committed to professional growth. GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths (essential). Sales or customer service training (desirable).
