Role Summary
We're looking for a proactive and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their sales career--particularly those aspiring to become a
Business Development Manager
. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full sales cycle, with opportunities to learn, grow, and shape your future within a supportive and ambitious environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound sales enquiries via website, email, and phone.
Conduct consultative sales calls and meetings to understand client needs.
Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate confidently to secure new business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors.
Build strong relationships with HR, H&S, and senior decision-makers.
Represent Innovate at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver bespoke client solutions.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up on leads.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong commercial awareness and a consultative, target-driven approach.
Organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently.
Understanding of occupational health services (desirable).
A growth mindset and ambition to progress into business development leadership.
