St David's Leisure group is currently recruiting for a

Full-Time Sales Executive

. Our 5-star holiday parks are located within the beautiful, picturesque area of North Wales. We invest heavily in our parks to ensure they remain as thriving, family-run destinations with excellent facilities and a dedicated team.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a background in

Lodge and Caravan sales

. Most important is a positive attitude, drive, and a passion for success, so even with no prior experience, if you bring the right personality and determination, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Basic Salary:

25,000 (experienced person)

On-Target Earnings:

50,000+ (commission-based)
You will be responsible for selling a wide range of Holiday Homes, including Luxury Lodges, new and pre-owned Caravans, and starter models. With a strong and varied stock already on parks for the 2026 season, earning potential is significant.

Key Responsibilities

Generate, manage, and convert sales leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Work independently while contributing to a successful team. Utilise strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate computer literacy and marketing awareness essential. Ability to organize and keep up to date sales files. Good level of mathematical skills. Good communicator.

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience, although not essential. A driven, self-motivated individual. Excellent customer service skills. Smart, professional appearance. Punctuality and reliability. Willingness to work weekends essential. Clean driving license. Flexibility to commute between parks.
