The Opportunity
We are looking for energetic, motivated professionals to join our Internal Sales Account Management Team. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and engagement
Proactively generate new business and follow up on inbound enquiries
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product ranges
Accurately manage orders, enquiries and updates using our CRM system
Keep up to date with product knowledge, market developments and industry trends to support sales
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry or market segment - full product training will be provided
Demonstrable outbound sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software platforms is highly advantageous
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment

Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm - 42.50 hours per week
