Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team in Catleford. This role is vital in expanding our customer base and strengthening our presence in the property maintenance sector. Based in Castleford, you will play a key part in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the leading contractor in the north of England.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Promote our building and property maintenance services through various channels. Conduct B2B sales activities, including telemarketing campaigns. Collaborate with team members to identify new business opportunities. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Represent Fixx Limited professionally at all times to uphold our core values.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales within the building or property maintenance industry. Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM software. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of the property maintenance sector is preferred.
