Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our friendly team. Aqua Warehouse is a leading supplier of outdoor living products including hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas. We sell direct to consumer from our Essex based showroom or nationwide via our trade partners.

This role is showroom?based, dealing face?to?face with potential clients to deliver a premium customer experience. Must be able to work one day per weekend with a day-off in the week.

Alongside direct retail sales, the role includes working with our extensive network of trade partners, building strong relationships and ensuring they receive the highest level of dealer support.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with showroom visitors, understand their needs and provide expert advice on a large range of products. Manage enquiries, provide clear information, and follow up to secure sales. Deliver outstanding customer care, before, during, and after purchase. Assist the management team to help grow the network of trade partners.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a luxury showroom environment (outdoor living, lifestyle, high-value products). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer?focused mindset. Self?motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. Professional presentation skills and attention to detail.
