The Role

We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our expanding team as a

Sales Executive

. This is an entry-level opportunity offering a fast-paced introduction into the commercial finance sector, with clear progression into a Junior Broker and then Broker role based on performance.

Your day will focus on outbound calls and emails to UK businesses, building interest and generating qualified leads for our broker team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing our services and creating opportunities. Full training and support will be provided to develop your sales skills and industry knowledge.

What You'll Do

Outbound sales calls to SME businesses across the UK. Prospecting through phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach. Generate and qualify new business leads. Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers. Keep accurate notes and track progress using CRM tools. Work towards and exceed daily/weekly activity targets.

What You'll Get

Base salary:

25,000.00

Uncapped monthly commission

from day one.

Quarterly performance-based bonuses.

Training in commercial finance and structured sales. Clear progression into Junior Broker and Broker roles.

Hours & Benefits

Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break). Friday early finish at 14:00. 20 days' annual leave + 8 bank holidays. Paid leave over Christmas office shutdown.

What We're Looking For

Strong communicator, confident and resilient. Self-motivated with a competitive mindset. Based near or able to commute to Chichester full-time. Experience in B2B or B2C sales is advantageous, but not essential. Excellent verbal and written English skills.
