We have an opportunity for a focused individual with at least two years general sales experience to become a key member of our proven sales team.

This individual must be enthusiastic, self motivated, work well both individually and as part of a team plus place great emphasis on offering a first class customer service. The ideal person will have excellent face to face & telephone communication skills, able to organise & prioritise work effectively with the drive & determination to shape their own future by becoming a key member of our team.

Your main role is to help be a key part of our sales team by operating a friendly & successful dealership, specialising in the retail sale & servicing of motorhomes, with a particularly high regard for customer care.

New & used motorhome sales, working to meet individual & team targets.

Carrying out general sales duties including test drives, demonstrations, video presentations, consultations, handovers, vehicle appraisals, finance quotations, customer refreshments.

Carrying out new & used vehicle appraisals; processing paperwork, organising pre display preparation.

Organising new & used motorhome sales display

Locking & unlocking all new & used motorhomes on a daily basis

Carrying out weekly stock internal and external checks

Preparing & explaining documentation at point of customer handovers

Carrying out finance quotations & processing finance payouts

Carrying out sold vehicle quality control checks, vehicle pack and invoice preparation (at least 24 hours before handover)

Attending annual shows and events

Occasional day to day driving duties to collect & drop off customers / vehicles

Utililising customer prospecting system and database

Help organise some of Dolphin shows & events

Brochure and point of sale display(s)

Focus on customer experience improvements

Taking on previous sales staff ongoing contacts & relations

Maintaining high standards around all areas of the site and showroom (1st impressions, safety etc)
