Our business is repairing domestic white goods appliances for varied customer types ranging from private consumers and letting agents to housing associations and insurance companies. We do this by utilising the great engineers we have working in the field as well as through our network of subcontractors.

Full training will be provided by our sales and customer service team.
What you'll get up to as a Sales and Customer Service Executive:
The role will be based at our Chippenham, Wiltshire office working Monday to Friday (with a 30 minutes lunch break each day). Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Handling inbound calls, emails, and web enquiries from customers with a strong focus on converting leads into sales
Proactively upselling appliances, services, and value-added solutions to new and existing customers
Building strong relationships with key clients to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty
Using portals and internal systems to manage and progress sales and repair leads effectively
Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to source products and negotiate where needed
Scheduling engineer and installation visits while maximising efficiency and customer satisfaction
Analysing customer feedback and trends to help identify new sales opportunities and areas for improvement
