The Opportunity



We're looking for a

Sales Executive

to help drive the next phase of Wurzel's growth.

This is an excellent role for someone who is:

self-motivated organised confident speaking to people and keen to build a long-term career in sales

The Role



As a Sales Executive, you will be at the centre of our commercial activity, working closely with engineers, support, and directors to move opportunities from first contact to successful installation and handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling incoming sales enquiries and leads Speaking with prospective customers to understand their needs Booking and attending site surveys for engineers Managing prospects through the full sales journey Carrying out prospecting and desk research Coordinating installations and ensuring smooth handover to the support team Maintaining accurate records of leads, quotes and follow-ups Acting as a key point of contact for customers during the sales process
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same.

What We're Looking For



We're looking for someone who is:

Very confident and professional on the phone Highly organised and able to juggle multiple conversations and tasks Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day Persistent and resilient -- able to handle objections and rejection positively Proactive, self-driven and keen to learn

Experience is not essential, but would be an advantage


We are looking for experience in one or more of the following:

Experience in a sales Experience in technology, networking, broadband or security systems Experience coordinating jobs, bookings or projects Experience of working in a fast-moving, sometimes reactive environment

Pay: 28,000.00-50,000.00 per year
