The Cleaning Services Sales Executive will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. You will focus on identifying prospects, generating leads, conducting outreach, and guiding potential clients through the sales cycle--from the first introduction to winning the contract.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients across multiple sectors (offices, commercial buildings, retail, hospitality, property management, etc.)
Sales Outreach & Client Meetings
Make outbound sales calls to introduce our cleaning services and understand client needs
Arrange and attend client meetings (face-to-face and virtual) to present service proposals
Conduct site visits when required to assess cleaning needs and gather information for accurate quotations
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the Operations Manager to create tailored service packages and ensure operational capabilities match client requirements
Provide feedback from clients to help improve service offerings
Collaborate with the marketing team on sales materials and promotional campaigns
Closing Deals & Achieving Targets
Prepare and deliver professional proposals and quotes
Negotiate commercial terms with clients while maintaining profitability
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets to earn commission
Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
Create and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads using calls, emails, networking, social media, and field visits
Use CRM tools to track activities, follow-ups, and progress
What You'll Bring
We are looking for someone who brings energy, confidence, and a strong desire to succeed. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in B2B sales (Cleaning/FM/Soft Services experience highly beneficial)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and the discipline to manage your own pipeline
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets
Confidence in speaking with decision-makers, such as office managers, property managers, and business owners
Knowledge of the cleaning industry or facilities management is advantageous, but training will be provided
Must be based in London and willing to travel locally for meetings.
