We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales person to join our business to continue our growth trajectory within the connected vehicle camera and safety sector. Focused on new client acquisition, we are looking for an energetic and focused individual who thrives on generating new business and winning deals with new clients. The ability to effectively manage your time between pipeline growth, face to face client meetings and processing administration is key.
With uncapped OTE earnings this is a great opportunity to enter a new evolving market sector with a leading brand and product.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Present product/service offerings to clients and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance
- Undertake any relevant training the company requires for you to succeed in your
role.
- To ensure you take an active interest and responsibility for remaining up to date
with current industry news, developments, and debates.
- To ensure all relevant training is undertaken with your clients so they can benefit
fully from their systems.
- Reporting to the Company on your territory's performance and service.
- Reporting to the Company on problems and obstacles to growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Previous experience in vehicle safety systems, telematics or commercial vehicle sales/management would be advantageous
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
