Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our small, friendly team, working with some of the best restaurants in London and East Anglia.

The Role

Experience of the meat industry would be advantageous but not essential. However, experience within the hospitality industry is key, therefore, if you've been involved with selling fish, vegetables, dry goods etc to restaurants then this role may be suited to you.

Working closely with chefs, via telephone and face-to-face meetings, making sure they are happy with our service and relationships continue. Taking orders via telephone on a daily basis, and uploading them to our in-house system. Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages our produce. Resolving customer complaints and concerns. Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers. Promoting weekly/monthly specials so encourage sales.

Skills Required

Excellent customer service skills Ability to sell products and services Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients Proficiency in using smartphones and digital technologies to enhance communication. Excellent IT skills Driving License - Due to Rural location

The Rare Breed Meat Company is proud to supply the highest quality meat to some of the best restaurants in London, including The Ned, Trinity, Hawksmoor and many more. We're also suppliers to various butchers. All within London, Essex, Suffolk and Hertfordshire.
