The Opportunity
This is a
front-line sales role
for someone who lives for the chase. If you're motivated by targets, thrive on winning new business and want uncapped earning potential this role is built for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying new business opportunities
Owning the full sales cycle -- from first contact to close
Building a strong, sustainable pipeline of new business
Negotiating and closing deals with decision-makers
Consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets
Tracking activity and performance accurately in the CRM
Keeping ahead of competitors and market trends
What It Takes to Win
Confident closer with strong objection-handling skills
Resilient, competitive, and motivated by results
High activity levels, you're comfortable picking up the phone
Commercially sharp with a hunger to earn
Proven experience in both B2B & B2C sales
Proven success in a business development or new-business sales role
Preferably experience in either a training or construction setting
