The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive for the Defence and Security Sector to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in technical sales, with full training and support provided. You will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships in this developing new market for Createc. The market is primarily focused on UK Defence and Security Sector but there will be opportunities to consider overseas opportunities as the technologies are developed.
Please note that while a hybrid-working arrangement can be discussed, the initial months of employment will require in-person attendance at the Oxford office to familiarize yourself with the work, environment, and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Support the sales team in managing existing client accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals under guidance.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support campaigns and promotions.
About You

Requirements:
Diving licence (Essential)
Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues
Familiarity with the defence, security, or similar Government funded markets.
Commercial awareness and a business-minded approach
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
Receptive to feedback and coaching for continuous improvement
Shows initiative in initiative in learning about products, markets, and sales techniques.
Maintains a positive attitude and stays motivated, even when working towards challenging targets
Qualifications and Experience
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
12 months experience in related role (desirable) would consider recent graduate
