About Dortech Doors



We design and supply premium,

Secured by Design

aluminium front doors to homeowners and businesses across the UK. We're growing fast, we sell direct

and

through partners (including

Costco

), and we're looking for a closer who loves the phone, loves customers, and loves winning.

The role (what you'll do)



You'll own the full sales cycle from

lead to close

across both

domestic and commercial

channels.

Leads & pipeline



Receive and qualify a steady flow of leads from multiple sources: website enquiries, marketing campaigns, partner referrals, repeat customers, and

Costco orders

. Prioritise, follow up and

move opportunities through the pipeline

using our CRM.

Sales & relationships



Build trust quickly

over the phone and by email; understand requirements, advise on specs and options, and

close the deal

. Nurture prospects who aren't ready yet and re-activate dormant opportunities.

Order & partner management



Create accurate quotes and order documents; hand over cleanly to production.

Manage Costco orders

end-to-end (updates, coordination, service). Work with production and logistics to schedule deliveries and keep customers informed.

Reporting & improvement



Keep CRM spotless; track conversion rates, average order values and lead sources. Share insights with the team to improve campaigns, offers and the customer journey.

You'll be great at this if you have



2-3+ years' phone-based sales experience

(inbound & outbound) with a track record of

closing

.

Superb phone manner

and written communication--clear, warm, professional.

Strong IT/analytical skills:

confident with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word); comfortable interpreting pipeline/conversion data.

Organisation & pace:

able to juggle multiple quotes/orders and hit deadlines.

Team player:

works smoothly with production, marketing and partners.

Nice to have (not essential)



Experience in doors, glazing, PVCu, construction or home improvement. Full UK driving licence.
