Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team with a base Salary of 27,500 per annum with annual bonus/commission upon completion of sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and telemarketing, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients. This role is pivotal in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our customer base through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities

Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Utilise internal systems to manage customer relationships, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with management to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a telemarketing environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, enabling efficient management of multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for achieving sales success.
