Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Performance related basic wage and high commissions incentivise our reps to make money they did not think possible in previous roles.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new hot leads, generated through our marketing department Manage and update client information using our B-spoke Hub software to ensure accurate records of interactions and sales pipelines. Develop customised sales strategies tailored to client needs, presenting compelling proposals that demonstrate value. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and resolve any client issues promptly. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Experience

Proven experience in sales, preferably within a similar industry or market segment. Demonstrable telemarketing skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment where organisation and time management are key.
