Vester Energy is an independent energy organisation helping UK businesses cut operational costs and reduce carbon footprint through intelligent procurement, commercial energy tariffs, solar, battery storage, and optimisation solutions. We're expanding and looking for experienced, self-employed consultants to drive B2B sales growth across the commercial energy sector.

This is a high-impact, commission-based role for ambitious professionals who thrive in consultative B2B sales, value integrity, and want to offer market-leading solutions with measurable ROI.

Your Role



Consult with business decision-makers to understand their energy usage, cost pressures, and sustainability goals. Sell tailored Energy Tariff's, Solar PV, battery storage systems and EV Charging designed for commercial premises, warehouses, care homes, surgeries, manufacturers, hospitality venues, and more. Leverage pre-qualified appointments while actively generating your own pipeline through networking, outreach, and referrals. Conduct property suitability checks and coordinate with our technical team to deliver custom energy proposals. Advise on wider solutions such as tariff switching, EV integration, and energy management tools. Own the full sales cycle from initial consult to closing the deal. Build long-term business relationships rooted in transparency and results.

Who You Are



At least

1 year of experience in B2B energy or technical sales

. Comfortable speaking with business owners, directors, and procurement teams. Technically competent in explaining commercial solar PV, batteries, and energy savings. Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in generating opportunities. Professional, presentable, and able to represent the Vester brand with credibility. Tech-literate (CRM, quoting tools, email) and organised in your approach. Full UK driving licence and own transport required.
