As a Sales Executive, you'll guide customers through their car-buying journey -- from initial enquiry to final handover -- providing expert advice, clear communication, and a seamless experience throughout. Whether you have a background in automotive sales or another customer-facing environment, this role offers the opportunity to excel within a respected, family-run motor group.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Deliver a professional, friendly, and personalised experience to every customer.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the full sales journey from enquiry to handover, ensuring compliance with company values and FCA regulations.
Product Demonstration:
Confidently present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits during test drives.
Prospecting and Follow-Up:
Generate opportunities through proactive prospecting, follow-up, and referrals.
Sales Administration:
Accurately complete all sales documentation, including finance applications, part-exchange details, and delivery arrangements.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships through regular communication and aftersales follow-up.
Vehicle Appraisal:
Work with management to appraise part-exchange vehicles and secure accurate valuations.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all sales are completed in line with FCA and company policies.
