Sales Executive

An exciting new opportunity has opened up to join us as a sales executive in our Epsom office.

As a growing company there are great opportunities for progression and growth. It is a fantastic role for someone looking to develop their knowledge and gain new skills.

This will be a full-time role Monday-Friday between 9:00-17:30. The role is purely phone based and not face-to-face sales.

About the Company:

We are a modern independent firm of RICS registered Chartered Surveyors.

As surveyors, we act for individuals undertaking surveys (HomeBuyers Reports and Building Surveys) to assist customers nationwide, when they are buying a property to identify any issues.

We also undertake residential valuations for various purposes, such as inheritance tax, divorce, shared ownership, taxation, and accounting, and people looking to extend the leases on their flats.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone and email Provide tailored advice and convert leads into bookings Meet individual sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate records in our bespoke CRM Ensure smooth handovers to other teams Maintain a knowledge of our services and provide a high-end service to all prospective customers Maintain communication with our referrers and partners, ensuring they are kept informed about the progression of their referral Work within a high-performance, supportive team

Required Experience:

3+ years of service-based sales experience (required) Strong rapport-building and objection-handling skills Experience using CRM systems Excellent phone manner and written communication Background in property or estate agency preferred

English Language skills Excellent communication skills Friendly and enthusiastic attitude Willingness to learn A professional manner Great IT skills Outgoing sales calls experience

Salary:

25,000 basic

50,000 uncapped OTE (commission based)
