Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels Engage with key decision-makers to promote our services Qualify new business opportunities and book meetings for our broking team Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Keep client records up-to-date using our CRM system

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude Resilient and tenacious--you don't give up easily Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus (but not essential)
