Job Description

We are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic Commercial team. In this role you will be responsible for enhancing our customer relationships, nurturing designated customer accounts, converting inbound enquiries and generating new leads. In this hybrid role you will be based from the office and home with occasional travel to meet customers.

Our Sales Executives are proactive and adaptable, with great relationship building skills and attention to detail when it comes to costs and pricing. Our teams are dedicated to quality, service and integrity so that our customers can buy from Brusco with confidence.

Key Responsibilities



Build and maintain customer relationships through various channels Efficiently manage inbound enquiries, including updating the CRM system within 48 hours and following up Convert inbound enquiries into new accounts and profitable sales Identify prospects through industry research and event participation and proactively generate new leads Collaborate with other departments ensuring accurate customer contracts Determine margins, propose price reviews, and set sample and transport charges Liaise with colleagues to build knowledge of our products and processes Supporting with the onboarding of new starters Share product knowledge and insights with customers to drive upselling Participate in Commercial team meetings and share customer insights, trends, and opportunities Analyse sales data Propose business, system, or process improvements as needed

Skills and Experience



Minimum two years proven sales experience, preferably within a customer service environment Proven track record in upselling and conversion Exceptional relationship building skills Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Great listening, verbal, and written communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines Analytical mind, capable of effectively assessing and interpreting data Proficiency in Microsoft Office A positive growth mindset and flexible approach Collaborative and inclusive working style Driven to make a positive difference to business results

Salary:

28,000 - 35,000 gross per annum (depending on skills and experience)

Hours:

Full Time, Monday to Friday, normally 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with some flex

Location:

Hybrid, based at Head Office in Offenham near Evesham. (3 days office, 2 days working from home, occasional UK travel)
