We're Mobile Rocket - a fast-growing software company helping recruitment agencies work smarter and grow faster. We're looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at our Newton Aycliffe office.
This is an ideal role for someone with experience in outbound sales, business development, or SaaS/recruitment tech who's ready to hit the ground running.
What You'll Be Doing:
Proactively reaching out to recruitment agencies by phone, email, and LinkedIn Driving pipeline growth by booking and running high-quality product demos Managing prospects through the sales cycle using Salesforce Building relationships with key decision makers Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets Feeding back market insights to help shape our growth strategy
What We're Looking For:
1-2 years+ experience in outbound sales, ideally in tech, SaaS, or recruitment services Confident and professional communicator with strong objection-handling skills Proven track record of booking and closing deals (or exceeding targets) Ambitious, self-motivated, and resilient Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Based locally - this is an office-based role
