This role involves reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our business development executives.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls and field sale prospecting to introduce products and services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to encourage interest and engagement.
Utilise Hubspot software to manage leads, track interactions, and update customer information.
Maintain an organised record of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine sales approaches.
Achieve daily call targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Experience
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales.
Strong verbal communication skills in both English
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Hubspot, is beneficial.
A proactive attitude with the ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing customer data.
