Sales Executive - Gym Equipment

Job Purpose Summary:



To implement and deliver against Staffs Fitness Ltd sales strategy and achieve pre-determined sales targets by:

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Setting up meetings with potential clients. Preparing quotes, floor plans and other sales tools and negotiating/closing deals. Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products/ services. Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Collaborate with team to achieve better results. Handle complaints or objections.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:



To achieve pre-determined sales targets. To take, progress and monitor sales orders. To play an active role in new product development To keep records of sales targets and actual figures and compile them into reports for management. To perform sales projects as required To work with the marketing department to deliver effective marketing campaigns To carry out any ad hoc duties as appropriate.

Customer base circa 5000 customers Core range of products ranging in price from 100 - 10000

- Good judgement, critical thinking and problem solving skills

- Good written and verbal English

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Excellent computer and keyboard skills

- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

- An ability to work both independently and as a team member

- Quick to learn

Desired / Beneficial Job Skills:



- A proven track record in sales is essential

- 2 years experience with microsoft office including excel, word and powerpoint

- Working with clients and managing data

- Have a good understanding of figures/maths

- Be persuasive, polite and have excellent negotiation skills

- Exceptional communication skills

- A comprehensive understanding of the fitness industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 25,398.00 per year
