Sales Executive
to help expand our client base, build lasting relationships, and grow revenue across the art and interiors sectors.
The Role
As
Sales Executive
, your mission will be to
drive GH Framing's sales growth
by developing new relationships, nurturing existing ones, and ensuring every enquiry becomes a satisfied client.
You'll focus on identifying opportunities, converting leads, and managing clients throughout the sales process -- from first contact through to confirmed commissions. While the technical and design work is handled by our studio team, your strength will be in
understanding client needs, presenting GH Framing's value, and securing new business
.
This is a hands-on, proactive, and relationship-led sales role -- ideal for someone with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for the creative sector.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Outreach
Develop and execute a structured sales plan to increase GH Framing's presence across target sectors -- including galleries, interior designers, architects, art consultants, and corporate clients.
Research and approach prospective clients through email, phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Attend art fairs, exhibitions, and design events to represent GH Framing and network with potential clients.
Build partnerships with complementary businesses (e.g., art installers, consultants, or designers) to create referral opportunities.
Sales Management & Conversion
Qualify and prioritise leads, ensuring time is focused on high-value prospects.
Present GH Framing's services, craftsmanship, and process clearly to prospective clients.
Prepare quotes and proposals in collaboration with the studio team.
Follow up persistently on all open opportunities to maximise conversion rates.
Negotiate terms confidently while maintaining GH Framing's premium positioning.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Maintain regular contact with active clients to stay front of mind for future projects.
Provide clear communication and updates throughout the client journey (liaising with the studio as needed).
Handle feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain GH Framing's reputation for excellence.
Keep detailed client records and sales activity logs within the CRM system.
Sales Strategy & Reporting
Work with management to create target lists, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
Analyse client data to identify growth opportunities and key accounts.
Report weekly on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and performance against targets.
Provide insights and feedback to improve GH Framing's sales process, service offering, and client experience.
Brand & Market Representation
Act as a
brand ambassador
, consistently representing GH Framing's values of quality, reliability, and craftsmanship.
Stay up to date on trends and developments in the art, interiors, and framing industries.
Represent GH Framing at networking events, gallery openings, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
About You
Essential:
Proven experience in a sales, account management, or business development role (ideally in luxury, creative, or bespoke services).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills -- confident with clients at all levels.
Strong organisational ability with good attention to detail and follow-through.
Target-driven and motivated to achieve measurable results.
Professional, articulate, and reliable -- able to represent a premium brand.
Comfortable using CRM tools and managing a structured sales pipeline.
Desirable:
Experience in the art, interiors, or design sectors.
Existing network of contacts within galleries, designers, or collectors.
Understanding of framing, display, or high-end craft products.

Pay: 34,000.00-45,000.00 per year
