Refrigeration Installation & Maintenance - Convenience Retail Sector

Are you a driven, commercially minded sales professional with a passion for technical services and long-term client partnerships?

We are a growing Refrigeration Installation and Maintenance company, delivering high-quality solutions to the convenience retail sector across the UK. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a confident and proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth, secure new contracts, and strengthen our presence in a fast-moving industry.

Your Role:



In this field-based role, you'll be the face of our brand--identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping to expand our service footprint in the refrigeration and HVAC market.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, approach, and win new business opportunities, particularly in the retail and convenience store sectors Promote our refrigeration installation and maintenance services to new clients Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, from initial contact through to contract signing Maintain and grow inherited accounts, with a focus on upselling opportunities Plan and manage your own schedule effectively to maximise productivity Use LinkedIn and other platforms to promote the business and generate leads Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular performance updates

What You Bring:



Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within technical services, facilities management, or construction Knowledge of or genuine interest in the refrigeration or HVAC sector (advantageous but not essential) Confident communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, and CRM systems Cold calling and prospectingnew potential clients through LinkedIn and other platforms Familiarity with social media as a tool for business promotion and lead generation

Requirements:



Fluent in English (written and spoken) Minimum of GCSE-level education or equivalent Full UK driving licence
